Jennifer A. Duncan, B.A. (Hons), LL.B., is a sole practitioner specializing in Indigenous law with a primary focus on governance, corporate, regulatory and international law.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Native Studies from the University of Alberta graduating with honours in 2000. Jennifer has a law degree from the University of British Columbia, graduating in 2004.

Jennifer is member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of the Northwest Territories.
